Do you accept returns?
If the item you receive does not function as intended, you have fourteen (14) days to return it to us in original condition for a full refund. The item must be unworn/used, and free from tampering, alteration, and exposure to extreme conditions.
Why is no product the same?
Each is handmade and utterly unique, even if we are following our branded design patterns. Every piece will differ in considerations we make during the making process to ensure the highest quality. As we use natural materials, slight imperfections are expected and part of the spirit of the item.
Do you repair products?
We create heirloom quality products and, as such, if there is a critical design flaw outside of expected and reasonable wear we will make efforts to repair the item. Contact us directly at hello@navarretteleather.com with the full details of your issue.
